TLR does not accept, review or otherwise consider unsolicited music, compositions, or other creative material. At TLR’s sole discretion Unsolicited Content will be deleted and destroyed and/or returned to you.
Additionally, Unsolicited Content immediately becomes the exclusive property of TLR. Unsolicited Content shall not be treated as confidential and TLR shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of the Unsolicited Content. TLR shall be entitled to release it, exploit it, transfer it or commercialize it. TLR shall own all right, title and interest in and to such Unsolicited Content, worldwide and in perpetuity, including but not limited to, moral rights. By sending Unsolicited Material notwithstanding this admonition, you forfeit all rights to any and all claims and/or requests for relief worldwide related to the Unsolicited Material.
