The website is wholly owned and operated by TLR Music Group.  The privacy policy describes what we do with information we collect from you, including both information that you give to us in order to use the services we provide and information that we collect when you visit and browse our website.  By using our website and providing us information, you are acknowledging you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and the Unsolicited Materials Policy. 

The website is controlled and operated from the United States; accordingly, this Privacy Policy, and the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information, is governed by the laws of the United States.  The website is not intended to TLR or any of its affiliates to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than the United States. Personal Information that you choose to share with us may be stored and processed in any country where we work with service providers, and by using the website you understand that your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States. 

You are prohibited from using this site if you are under the age of 13.  We do not intentionally or knowingly accept information from anyone under 13 years of age.  If we learn you have violated our Terms and are under 13 years old, we will immediately delete your account and all your content and block you from further using our services.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third party, including Facebook, Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC, Microsoft Corp., any wireless carriers, our artists, our affiliates and any third party operating any site or property to which our website contains a link. In addition, the inclusion of a link on our website does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, the linked site by us or by our artists.  For the sake of clarity, any information you submit to third parties directly that that you may have accessed from a link on the TLR website is submitted directly to the third party and not through TLR.

  1. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

Non-personal information we collect includes an IP address, which also tells us your very general location, a referral URL (which tells us where you came from to access the website and helps us understand how you found our site), information on what you access within our site.

Some of the non-personal information is collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small data files containing information about the user that are stored on the user’s hard drive. You can delete these cookies at any time through your internet controls on your computer. Cookies can also help us to understand what pages on our site you access and how long you stay. We use your personal information that you voluntarily provide to us to communicate information about our artists, our new releases, events and information about our business.  

If you do not wish to continue receiving such communications from us, you can unsubscribe by sending us an email to privacy@tlrmusicgroup.com.   We will take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information but can give you no promises that our security measures will be perfect.

  1. USE AND SHARING OF THE INFORMATION

We share your information in a limited way.  We share non-personal information only in aggregate form   We share your personal contact information with our artists and may share it with third party vendors who provide us services like email management.  We share information that in some cases is personal information with third parties as further detailed below but only to the extent the information is required.  

A.         LEGAL DISCLOSURES AND BUSINESS TRANSFERS.

We may disclose any information without notice or consent from you:

  • in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand;
  • to investigate or report illegal activity;
  • to assist third parties in enforcing their intellectual property rights;
  • to protect your safety or the safety of a third party;
  • to enforce our rights or defend claims; and/or
  • in connection with a merger, corporate restructuring, sale of any or all of our assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.

B. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

TLR does not sell or rent your personal information outside of the website.  We do share certain information with third parties that we have a contractual relationship with that specialize in providing services that we cannot provide in-house like analytics and website hosting services.
